Case Univé / UVIT
UVIT/Univé chose the 1080dots DS solution for their head office and intermediary offices. The implementation of 1080dots and content creation is realized by company Syntraks Media. After a pilot period that has proven successful, UVIT and Syntraks Media made the next step and started a gradual roll-out to more offices.
The goal for UVIT was to upgrade the service and communication to the customers by enhancing their image, inform about the product range, show that they are part of the community, give practical advice, shorten the experienced waiting time, etc. This is done by making for example interactive sms games, commercial animations, informing video’s, scrolls with real-time local news-, financial news- and weather-feeds and some houses that are for sale at local real estate brokers.
The content is divided in corporate and local content. The corporate content is provided by the central communication office. Local content is provided by the intermediary offices. The local offices can determine the mix between the corporate and local content. Typical corporate content is amongst others the commercials derived from the national marketing campaigns. Typical local content is for example a presentation of the account managers of the office, video of local sponsoring and special offers/gifts at the desk.
The 1080dots DS software makes it possible that different users can manage specific content. This makes it possible that for example the real estate broker can edit his offers himself, but can’t manage other templates in the presentation.
